Focus is a self-paced career guidance tool designed to assist you with self-assessment and career exploration. The assessment will profile your interest, skills, values, personality, and preferences. You many then explore occupations and career paths that match your profiles and use the tools available to narrow down your options, map your career goals, and solidify your plans.

Focus is only available to current students and graduates of Belmont University. The following login will be used to verify your association with Belmont University.


Handshake is the career management platform that contains job and internship postings from both local and national employers. Employers who have reached out directly to Belmont have job posting her.

In addition to searching for positions, students can also view upcoming events, schedule an appointment with a career coach, create a profile and submit a resume that can be viewed by employers, and more.
