Handshake

Handshake is the career management platform that contains job and internship postings from both local and national employers. Employers who have reached out directly to Belmont have job posting her.

In addition to searching for positions, students can also view upcoming events, schedule an appointment with a career coach, create a profile and submit a resume that can be viewed by employers, and more.

Career Leader

CareerLeader (CL) is the most comprehensive career assessment tool focused specifically on business careers. CL develops an individual interest inventory, a job rewards profile, and an abilities profile and matches your results with business careers. Complete results are available immediately online.  You may also schedule an appointment to discuss your results. All Massey students are given an account at the time of orientation. 

Career Shift

CareerShift offers the most comprehensive online resources, designed to support the No. 1 request of job seeker: an easy to use Web site to conduct and organize their job search. 

CareerShift is only available to current students and graduates of Belmont University. The following login will be used to verify your association with Belmont University. Once your information has been validated, you will be linked to a page containing the registration instructions to enter the CareerShift site.

Beyond Business School

Beyond B-School is an online career development center. Job-hunting information is delivered by career development experts in a range of formats to meet your needs. Access video lessons, podcasts, interactive worksheets, and brief articles.
