PAID General Operations Internship – Shake The Trees Management

Shake The Trees Management is actively seeking a General Operations Intern who will work with the owner of Shake The Trees Management in a variety of areas including client relations, client management, scheduling, technical planning, and other areas as deemed appropriate.

Responsibilities will include:
• Execution of operational duties i.e. on site client activations, reporting and inventory management.
• Remain current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to public relations and general business management.
• Required computer skills: E-mail, Internet, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point Software.
• Participate in team meetings, as directed.
• Overseeing execution of the social media marketing campaigns through all platforms i.e: Instagram, Twitter, Facebook etc, from the initial planning stages through to final reporting.

Basic Qualifications:
• Must be able to commit to 10-15 hours per week locally at $10 per hour.

• Commitment to exhibiting excellent grammar and writing skills with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong and mature phone presence.
• Ability to work in a deadline sensitive environment.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Drive to continue with Shake The Trees Management after internship, if work is beneficial.
