Internships and Jobs
Communication Studies and Corporate Communications majors are strongly encouraged to participate in at least one internship during their time at Belmont. Public Advocacy majors are required to complete a practicum for their major.
Students can get course credit for internships in the fall, spring, or summer semesters. In addition, internships for course credit can either be paid or unpaid. Students may count up to three credit hours of internship courses for the Communication Studies or Corporate Communications major. Students may also complete additional internships to count toward free elective hours.
