The Communications Coordinator is primarily responsible for:
- Strategic communications. Plan, create, and manage communications with organizations clientele, donors, and volunteers.
- Multimedia coordination. Manage Baton Exchange video and podcast resources – including editing and uploading content and for enhancing its digital presence and outreach. The role also requires working across the medium of print and video as and when required.
- Social media management. Plan, create, and manage corporate social media profiles and posts, and managing video, podcast and pdf posts to our website learning platform.
