Program Overview
Our Treatment Foster Care program gives children who have suffered trauma & hardship the chance to become part of a loving, nurturing foster family until they and their birth families are ready to be reunified. For children who cannot be reunified with their families, our goal is to help find an adoptive family instead.
Position Overview
An internship with Foster Parent Recruiting would build experience with marketing, networking, and community outreach with a nonprofit. Students would shadow Foster Parent Recruiters, assist with community marketing and recruiting strategies, and help with local events in the community. This position would require travel around Nashville and the surrounding counties.
Requirements:
Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Social Services or Marketing/Nonprofit Management related field.
Must be at least 21 years old OR entering junior or senior year in college.
