Responsibilities may include:
- Provide support for the company’s inclusion council meetings and programming
- Assist in creating content for DEI team member initiatives and multicultural observances
- Gather data and information on DEI strategies and best practices
- Create DEI-focused communications for the team member newsletter and town halls
The Ideal Candidate Will Have the Following Qualifications:
- Actively enrolled in an accredited college or university, as a junior of above (including graduate students)
- Demonstrated academic success (minimum 3.0 GPA)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be working towards a degree in human resources, communications, psychology, business or related field
- Detail-oriented with strong communication (oral and written), organizational, planning and execution skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- An eye for design, content creation, proficiency with Canva
- Awareness and curiosity about diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace
- Solid ability to gather and analyze data to tell stories
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
