About Two Heads

Two Heads Hot Sauce is a Nashville-based, gourmet hot sauce and spice company. We feature several pepper-blend hot sauces for any pallet and spice level preference, along with seasonings, and a pepper-infused maple syrup. Two Heads is sold in 40 Tennessee stores and has shipped to 26 states. In our first year, we sold more than 10,000 bottles!

We’re looking for outgoing, energetic sales associates to join our growing business. They will be responsible for selling Two Heads products at farmers’ markets and other direct-sales events.

Two Heads’ core values are fun, faith, generosity, and quality. Selling hot sauce is fun, and our goal is for these events to be a great time for you! We’re also a faith-based business–aiming to bring glory to God and use our platform to do good things in our community and beyond. For this reason, we tithe 10 percent of all sales to local missions and ministries. Because we want you to be successful, we have a generous compensation program. Finally, our products are PickTN certified for quality and local sourcing.

Candidate Qualities

• Outgoing: Bring people to the booth for sampling, and interact and share our story.
• Organized: Set up/tear down materials, reconcile cash drawer.
• Dependable: Be on time to events.
• Like Hot Sauce: You need to like it to sell it!

Tasks

• Set-up and tear down of event materials (e.g., tables, canopy, sampling items).
• Sample and sell Two Heads products to customers.
