Paid Customer Service Internship – Leverage Creative Group

Job Description: 

Leverage Creative Group is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Intern to work 5-15 hours a​ week. Our system is divided into two categories- operational and relational. The operational side​ covers signing up for our subscriptions, canceling, and issuing refunds. The relational side covers more general questions about our products and ways to engage with our content. The internship role in our department focuses on the relational side. From helping navigate our websites, to describing our products, and simply letting our customers be heard, there are wonderful opportunities to learn effective communication skills within a professional environment.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage multiple inboxes
  • Respond within a 12- 24 hour time frame
  • Organize any email submissions into spreadsheets
  • Report to head of department for operational needs
