Interns will assist the Lead Wedding & Event Planner in all aspects of the Wedding and Event planning process, including but not limited to: assisting with implementing design elements, looking over crucial wedding details, attending Day of Events, and assisting the Vision in White team in all aspects of production. Interns will be part of the production and design crew on the day of events.

Responsibilities will range from setting up and breaking down the event space, assisting in the coordination of event timeline, as well as any miscellaneous tasks required on the day of the event.

Additional tasks throughout the internship include social media and brand development and include but are not limited to:

● Updating digital/social media accounts

● Respond to posts or comments to engage users

● Posts updates, news and announcements in a timely manner using appropriate content

● Create original content

● Completes other digital/social media projects as assigned

We are seeking a creative and driven individual who can excel in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be someone who must have:

● Attention to details

● Able to lift 30 or more pounds

● Able to listen and take direction well

● A good attitude, eagerness to learn, initiative, be idea driven, responsibility for their work, and conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.

● Must have reliable transportation

● Strong work ethic, professional and organized

● Sense of initiative, can work well with minimal direction

● Excellent written and oral communication skills

● Quick Learner

● Computer skills and some social networking (Canva or similiar photo editing site, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Blogging)

● Upbeat, high energy

● Organized, able to think logically and creatively on your feet

● Reliable and punctual

Time Commitment: Schedule will maintain 10-15 hours per week of social media interaction and blogging as well as day of event coordination on site. A full wedding day can last up to 12 hours.
