On Tuesday, January 15, Corporate Communication major, Annelie Dahlstein had the opportunity to facilitate a half-day workshop for Grayline Tennessee. In Dr. Jeremy Fyke’s Training and Development class, students are assigned “real-world” clients. Annelie’s client, Grayline Tennessee, had a training need, and Dr. Fyke connected her with the opportunity.

Annelie helped to develop the materials for the half-day workshop on the Strengthsfinder assessment and team communication. She facilitated the workshop for Grayline’s entire corporate team including seventeen people from five departments and the CEO.  While Dr. Fyke was on site for guidance and support, Annelie conducted most of the session and was well-received!
