The Role
As a (paid) intern you will become an integral part of our marketing team. The primary responsibility for the job is to identify and generate opportunities for the sales team.
You’ll go through an intensive training and learn how to get in front of prospects, establish and develop relationships, gain credibility with decision makers, and overcome objectives.
Responsibilities
- Assist our marketing team with administrative support, cold-calling, lead generation and appointment setting
- Meet or exceed expectations of booked appointments on a weekly basis
- Plan a marketing event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams, as well as senior management
Ideal Candidate
- Current student in a degree program – preferably in business, marketing, or related fields. May 2018 graduates would be considered
- An interest in marketing, sales, and business development
- Team player with excellent oral and written communication skills
