Job Title: Global Communications Intern (unpaid)

Job Description Summary:
As a member of the Women Arise Communications Team, the principal purpose of the Global Communications Intern is to assist the Executive Director with coordination of the Women Arise Network’s ongoing health and dignity communication campaigns in East Democratic Republic of the Congo, Northern Nigeria, South Sudan and Uganda. This role will include copywriting for web and email publishing, web editing, coordination of online meetings with the global staff, and direct mail.To succeed, the candidate must have excellent time management skills and be social impact driven preferably with a background in global development, communications, or business. Outstanding communication skills are critical.
