Library and Information Technology Services (ITS) is comprised of five administrative departments reporting to William Ingram, Associate Vice President and CIO.
LITS is responsible for supporting the Library and IT needs of Belmont students, staff and faculty on a daily basis. They manage Banner, MyBelmont, WWW, BannerWeb, Exchange email and Google Email for students , wireless, the campus network, telephones, voicemail, cable TV and computers: desktop support and Library for all areas of the University.
Administrative Technology provides campus support for administrative applications and data support services. Applications include Banner, Blackboard and Argus reporting.
Technology Services provides campus support for our technological infrastructure – Network, Resnet, MyBelmont, email, phone, voicemail, long distance, cell phones, web, cable TV, internet and library services.
User Services supports the desktop computing environment on Belmont’s campus. They offer support for desktop applications, minor computer repair for university PCs, consulting services and support for the computer labs.
