Founded in 2018-2019, the Belmont Entertainment Law Journal is a student-run publication that focuses on the intersection of entertainment and law. This intersection is broad: student notes cover a variety of topics from sports gambling and student-athlete name, image, and likeness rights, to First Amendment issues and evolving intellectual property law in music.
